Yoga in the Milntown Gardens

We would like to invite you to come and try our brand new yoga class in the beautiful walled garden at Milntown.  The class will run weekly on a Tuesday evening.

I'm so excited to have this opportunity to take yoga outside and into nature, where we can all practise in this wonderfully natural, tranquil and abundant setting.
 
Whether you have a strong yoga practise already or if you are completely new to yoga, you are all invited to come along, no matter what experience you have you will find these classes both enjoyable and challenging.
 
Surrounded by the ancient woodland trees and dazzling colours of the surrounding flowers and shrubs join me for a grounding vinyassa class. Stretch and strengthen your body as the sun sets. Challenge yourself to move past blockages and barriers both in the body and mind and then rest down to the wonderful sounds of the birds song as the class comes to a close.
 
On the chance of inclement weather, we will move inside into the cafe, which is just as special and provides a fantastic view of the gardens.
 
All classes are £10 (cash payable on the day) and start at 6:30pm. If you have your own mat please bring that along.
