Trust
The estate is owned by the Milntown Trust established under the terms of the will of its previous owner and benefactor - Sir Clive Edwards. There are four trustees which include the Chairman, Peter Crellin, a retired advocate, Charles Guard, Administrator for the Manx Heritage Foundation, Alison Jones, an accountant, and Glenn Kinrade, a businessman and architect.
